Your LEC

Your LEC or Local Executive Council, is your voice in action. Elected by the membership, this team works together to support members, resolve issues, and strengthen our union. ​ Their work is rooted in solidarity, advocacy and a commitment to protecting the rights and well-being of every member.  ​ Any member of our local can become a steward and seek nomination to the LEC; remember - this is our way of democratizing our workspace.
